How to use laser cutting machine accurately with spare parts.

 Lately,many customers who have cutting machine asks:i have 1 1kw cutting machine,if i want to upgrade it to 2kw,what to do?should i replace only laser source or chiller also?and how about cutting head?

Today,we would like to give answer as below:

First,Laser source.

How to replace bigger power laser source?How many power should I replace?

It depends on what the metal,mainly,max cutting thickness,cutting efficiency requirements,cutting pattern,budget,etc

 Secondly,water chiller

 Confirm water chiller max cooling capability,make sure the water chiller cooling capability over 3 times laser source power,if not,you need change together.

 Third,laser head

 Should I replace the laser head together?

 1.Make sure laser head max power whether support replace after laser source power.

2.No matter auto focus or manual focus laser head,If cutting speed slower and slower,there have two possibilities,one is laser source power attenuation and laser head focusing lens and collimating lens ageing.if have this problem recommend the laser head together.

3.If mainly cutting over 6mm thick plate use auto focus laser head compare manual focus laser head the piercing time will save over 1/2,if mainly cutting less than 6mm thin plate use manual focus laser head is ok.
